Shipping General Information

  • We make every effort to despatch your goods within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds - 99.9% of orders are sent out the same working day.
  • Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday are generally despatched that day. Orders are despatched Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm.
  • If your order contains multiple items we may despatch them from multiple locations.
  • Our standard delivery process uses Royal Mail, however larger items will be sent via courier.
  • Free UK shipping applies to UK Mainland only, Highlands and Islands may incur a surcharge.

Heavy Low Value Order Surcharge

A small surcharge of £4.99 is added to orders that weight over 20kg but under £99 in value, due to the additional delivery costs incurred (Normally multiple boxes).

Standard Delivery Items

For orders under £89.99 in value we charge £3.31 + VAT for UK mainland delivery, regardless of weight and size (Excluding Single Items over 15kg). This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order. A signature may be required on receipt. Orders are sent via Royal Mail, DPD (GeoPost) or UPS. DPD/UPS deliver Monday - Friday, Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost upon request.

DPD courier option is offered as an alternative to Royal Mail on smaller orders, however this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service (depending on stock levels and time of ordering may be shipped the following working day), it is a next working day service so should be delivered the next working day following shipping. 

Small Items

Some thin items can be sent as Royal Mail Large Letter, we charge a reduced rate of  £1.65 + VAT for UK mainland delivery.

Despatch Time

The vast majority of orders (over 99.9%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. 

Out of Stock Items

While we hold a large amount of stock it is inevitable that at times we will not have the stock to fulfil all orders. This typically adds an additional 1 working day to our despatch time. I.E. if you order at 3:30 on a Monday, the order will typically ship on the Tuesday, when an item is out of stock the order will ship on the Wednesday. Non-stock items ordered on a Thursday late afternoon will ship on the following Monday by the delivery service selected at the time of shipping.

Delivery Guide

Royal Mail : Delivery is usually 3-5 working days (No Tracking Information Available)

Our standard service is Royal Mail 48 (3-5 working days), we offer Royal Mail 24 and DPD as upgrade options to our shipping.

Royal Mail has "next day" delivery aim for all first class post (Royal Mail 24). Please be aware however, that First Class Post can take up to 15 days to arrive and Royal Mail do not consider an item lost within this 15 day period.

Delivery times are from the day of shipping, the shipping service selected does not change the day/time of shipping.

Orders Over 2.5kg and Over £100 in value
DPD/UPS : Delivery is usually 1-2 working days (Tracking Information Available)

UK Highlands

UK Highlands and Islands Delivery Charges
A small surcharge of £4.99 is added to orders over 2kg in weight.

Collection

Collection is by appointment only (when you place your order you will be advised when it is ready for collection via email).

Please note that we are not a shop, we cannot take cash payments on site and do not have the facility for you to browse the shelves, sorry!

Europe Delivery Information

Standard Delivery Items

Delivery costs are based on the weight and the delivery country. Estimates are shown on a per product basis for delivery into Europe. Shipping will be calculated during the checkout process, this information is shown before any payment details are entered. A signature may be required on receipt. Orders are sent via AirMail or International Courier (DPD [GeoPost] / UPS).

The vast majority of orders (over 99.9%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day.

AirMail : Delivery is usually 7-14 working days (No Tracking Information Available), delivery can take upto 21 working days.

Orders Over 2kg

International Courier : Delivery is usually 3-7 working days (Tracking Information Available)

Worldwide Delivery Information

We are unable to send any items to Australia due to customs restrictions, sorry.

We are unable to ship any product containing Glucosamine to Norway due to customs restrictions.

No Shipping Prices?

For some countries we are unable to offer a fixed shipping price, please email us with your delivery address and the items you would like to order so that we can offer you a shipping price.

Returns

  • After receiving your order you have 60 days to return any damaged, unwanted or faulty products.
  • Important: Before you return any goods you must contact us, as goods returned without prior notification may not be refunded.
  • All unwanted goods must be returned at the purchaser’s expense and in its original condition, in original packaging, undamaged and unused. Returned items should be adequately packaged and returned at the purchaser’s risk.
  • ESUP Ltd will not accept responsibility for returned products until we have signed for the goods and ensured in their original condition. We therefore recommend goods are returned by recorded delivery and fully insured.
  • If a returned item is not in new condition or opened, the full purchase price will not be refunded or credited.
  • Provided the goods are returned in perfect condition, we will arrange a refund by the same method as the original payment, within 30 days of the return.
  • You "as a consumer" are protected under UK Law, upon making a purchase you are entering into a contract with ESUP Ltd.
  • In instances where a product purchased is out of stock and cannot be supplied within a reasonable period of time, we will contact you and give you the option to (a) wait or (b) receive an alternative product or (c) cancel the item from your order and receive a refund in relation to the out of stock item.
