Things to avoid:
- Do not Tumble dry
- Do not dry on a radiator
- Do not store in plastic bag
- Do not wash with biological washing detergent
- Do not use bleach Hot water will damage the sheepskin
Recommended Care
The method of washing and drying is basically the same for all sheepskin products which is to keep away from direct sunlight as this will change the texture of the wool as it dries, and there should be no artificial heat as this will produce a similar effect, a nice windy dry day is the best you could hope for.
We recommend you use Soapy Sudsfor the washing of Stephens sheepskins products.

The dyes used in the process of colouring sheepskin wool on rare occasion can cause discolouration to skin and special care should be taken with regard to grey or white horses.
